Limited Price Match Guarantee Terms and Conditions

At Precision Closets and Garage, we are committed to offering competitive pricing for our high-quality custom closet solutions. To ensure you receive the best value, we offer a Limited Price Match Guarantee for eligible purchases. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to understand how this program works.
- Eligibility for Price Match
To be eligible for the price match guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
- The competitor’s quote must be from a licensed custom closet company located within Utah.
- The price match request must be submitted prior to finalizing your contract with Precision Closets and Garage.
- The competitor’s product or service must be identical in material, design, and installation scope to the one offered by Precision Closets and Garage. This includes:
- Same materials (wood, hardware, finishes)
- Same dimensions and layout
- Same additional features or accessories (e.g., lighting, pull-out shelves)
- Same installation method and warranty terms
- The competitor’s price must include all applicable fees, including installation, labor, and any additional costs associated with the project.
- Documentation Required
To request a price match, you must provide the following documentation:
- A detailed quote or estimate from the competitor, including a breakdown of materials, installation costs, and any other associated fees.
- The competitor’s business details, including the company name, address, and license number.
The quote must be current and no older than 30 days from the date of submission for the price match request.
- Exclusions from Price Match
The following situations are not eligible for price matching:
- DIY (Do-It-Yourself) closet systems or any products or services not provided by a licensed custom closet company.
- Prices from non-licensed contractors, freelancers, or individuals offering closet installation services.
- Promotions that are part of clearance, liquidation, or closeout sales.
- Competitor pricing that is part of bundled offers, free promotions, or items with additional terms such as financing, rebates, or gift-with-purchase offers.
- Price match requests for services outside of Utah or companies without proper business licensing in Utah.
- Previously completed projects or any project where a contract has already been signed with Precision Closets and Garage.
- Limitations
- Price match is limited to one per customer and one per project.
- The competitor’s pricing must reflect the total cost of the custom closet, including installation, design services, and additional features. We will not price match on individual components (e.g., materials only, installation only).
- We reserve the right to decline a price match request if the competitor’s quote cannot be verified or if the quote does not meet the outlined eligibility criteria.
- How to Submit a Price Match Request
To submit a price match request, please contact us with the required documentation via:
- In-person: At our office located at 1375 South 500 East Ste 113 American Fork, Utah 84003.
Our team will review the request and contact you within 3 business days with a decision.
- Adjustments After Purchase
If a price match request is approved, we will honor the matched price for the duration of the project. However, price adjustments after the project has been completed are not permitted.
- Additional Conditions
- Precision Closets and Garage reserves the right to modify or cancel this Price Match Guarantee at any time, without prior notice.
- The Price Match Guarantee is valid only for residential custom closet projects and does not apply to commercial projects.
- The price match applies only to new projects and cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
By participating in this price match guarantee, you agree to comply with all the above terms and conditions.
